Chapter 57: Epiphany
There are six kinds of lightness techniques in the Library of Scriptures. However, each has a different focus for improvement. Some emphasize maneuvering in close quarters for tangled combat, others prioritize speed, while some are geared toward leveraging and climbing.
Among them, “Gecko Wall-Crawling Technique” specializes in climbing. Once mastered, one can traverse sheer cliffs as easily as walking on flat ground, much like a gecko. As a climbing enthusiast, Liang Xiaoyu was deeply drawn to it. Thus, she decided to spend 7.5 million to purchase it.
Once she chose to buy, she scanned the code directly. A “Purchase Notice” popped up on her phone screen. Liang Xiaoyu read it carefully. The content was extensive, taking her about five minutes to finish. It was much as she had previously understood, but since she was currently streaming, she explained it as she read.
“This notice mainly outlines things to keep in mind after purchase,” she said. “For example, if I want to buy ‘Gecko Wall-Crawling Technique’ right now, once I pay, the protective shield will open. After purchasing, I can only read it inside the Library of Scriptures—I can’t take it out. That means I have just one day to read it here.”
“Also, while I’m reading, this section will be empty; no one else can buy it. Another thing to note is, once you buy a martial art from here, you cannot freely spread it outside. If you’re caught, you’ll be permanently blacklisted from Fantasy Park.”
She glanced at the livestream chat.
“Mr. Qiao is so stingy.”
“Yeah, you can’t even teach your own children?”
“Come on, without Fantasy Park, you wouldn’t even have a chance to see these things. Plus, didn’t they teach ‘Complete True Mind Technique’ for free?”
“Mr. Qiao is so generous, he must have his reasons.”
“If you pirate a movie and sell it, that’s a crime. I’d just give it away for free—follow my website.”
“May you live long, good brother.”
...
Liang Xiaoyu smiled bitterly at the barrage of comments and shook her head. “It’s not stinginess that stops Mr. Qiao from allowing free dissemination. Right now, there are very few martial artists on Earth, and these techniques are easy to misapply, leading to dangerous mistakes. That’s why it’s not recommended for everyone to buy and practice.”
“If you have no foundation, start with the ‘Complete True Mind Technique.’”
Seeing more voices of agreement, though some doubts remained, Liang Xiaoyu continued, “Moreover, if you really have a chance to come here, you can buy any martial art, spread it outside, even open a school and accept students. No one will stop you—at most, you just won’t be able to return.”

“Xiaoyu’s right, some people are simply too greedy.”
“I’d pay a hundred million just to visit Fantasy Park.”
“My roommate is dying, and his only wish is for me to go to Fantasy Park—can you ask Mr. Qiao on stream?”
“Don’t mind them, Xiaoyu, keep explaining.”
“Where’s my Long’er?”
...
Liang Xiaoyu glanced casually at the comments and continued, “Aside from that, after purchasing a manual here, you can consult Master Huang for clarification if you encounter any difficulties. He’ll also walk around during practice to help correct mistakes.”
“Of course,” she smiled, “I won’t need that—Long’er knows everything.”
She gently shifted the camera, revealing Little Dragon Maiden’s face. Suddenly, the chat exploded with messages.
Little Dragon Maiden cast a playful, reproachful glance at her, then flickered out of the frame. She had found the livestream amusing at first, but once the novelty wore off, she disliked being watched.
Liang Xiaoyu cleared her throat and continued to the camera: “That’s basically all for the purchase notice. Now, I’ll go ahead and buy it.”
After choosing “Confirm,” she paid directly. Ten million vanished from her account, and immediately, she felt the barrier at her right hand disappear. She grabbed the booklet containing “Gecko Wall-Crawling Technique.”
With the booklet in hand, she began to read it intently. To her relief, the text was not in traditional script. As she reviewed the words and illustrations, they seemed to come alive like tiny tadpoles, pouring into her mind.
It was a stark contrast to the muddled experience of training with Little Dragon Maiden; reading this book felt like being back in her student days, where even the most complex math problems could be solved in no time.
Unconsciously, Liang Xiaoyu became absorbed.
Little Dragon Maiden stood arms crossed, leaning against a bookshelf, observing the volunteers around her with curiosity.
Eight people had gone upstairs, while the rest were scattered on the first floor. They had started by quietly discussing and marveling at the surroundings, pointing and gesturing, but soon each chose their preferred martial art manual.
All opted for purchase, lavishly so, since the Rabbit Country government was footing the bill. The government was unconcerned—after all, they could print as much money as needed.
However, considering Mr. Qiao had mentioned that Fantasy Park’s payments were symbolic—money was destroyed upon entering—the experts were working tirelessly to draft policies and discuss solutions to avoid affecting prices and to address dissatisfaction from countries like Eagle Sauce.

Little Dragon Maiden shifted slightly to let a volunteer pass by. The man sighed as he bought a copy of “Arhat Fist.” He had wanted other manuals, but hesitated too long and others claimed them first, so he settled for this one.
After receiving his book, he began reading, and soon, like the others, became engrossed in silence.
The vast first floor of the Library of Scriptures was soon filled only with the soft rustle of turning pages—and empty bookshelves.
About half an hour later, Liang Xiaoyu surfaced from the book’s depths. She felt something sway before her eyes and, focusing, realized it was a slender, jade-like fingertip.
“Finished?” came Little Dragon Maiden’s voice.
“Ah, right.” Liang Xiaoyu scratched her head, glanced at her wrist, and exclaimed, “Wow, it’s been so long—why didn’t you call me?”
Little Dragon Maiden smiled but said nothing.
Liang Xiaoyu looked at the livestream chat.
“The streamer’s alive?”
“A streamer who reads books live and earns millions a month.”
“Quick, tell us your impressions.”
“Doesn’t anyone think Little Dragon Maiden is mischievous?”
Liang Xiaoyu exhaled gently and spoke: “Earlier, I said it wasn’t recommended to come here, but I take that back now.”
“If you ever have a chance to visit Fantasy Park, don’t miss this place.”
“It’s truly magical,” she said, incredulous. “Someone like me, not sensitive to martial arts, actually understood this book.”
“The greatest function of the Library of Scriptures isn’t just the martial arts manuals, but that it allows one to enter a state akin to sudden enlightenment.”
“No more talking—I’m going to start practicing.”
With that, Liang Xiaoyu handed the selfie stick to Little Dragon Maiden. “Long’er, keep an eye on me.”
Little Dragon Maiden instinctively took it, skillfully turning the camera outward. Once done, she looked around idly.
